About this blog

Who I am: 
I am a white cis-gender woman who has spent the last ~20 years working in technology and knows how to work a basic blog.

Who I am not:
I am not an expert in Diversity & Inclusion. I am not representing any specific business or organization; all opinions expressed here are my own.

Why I'm doing this:
When I started researching and looking for resources on Diversity & Inclusion, I struggled to come up with any unified source of vetted information. It has taken me many months to dial in to channels where these resources are shared, and I figured the least I can do is make it easier for other people to find them.

The items I share here cover a variety of topics that fall under a general umbrella of Diversity & Inclusion, as well as dealing with harassment in the workplace. I share the ones I find noteworthy or interesting, and do my best to check that they come from vetted sources.

This will evolve. For now, I welcome productive discussion on the topic(s) posted, and I welcome constructive feedback on how I can make this blog better. Hateful speech and bullying will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to delete comments and block users.

Please be patient:
I am just getting this idea started and I'm still figuring out how to capture and organize information. I will probably get some things wrong, but I will do my best to remain open-minded and get them right.
